Accommodation Terms & Conditions
Confirming your booking
- All reservations will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 7 days pending the receipt of Credit/Debit Card Details or a deposit where applicable
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- When special requests are made, the Hotel will endeavor to accommodate them, however they cannot be guaranteed
Amendments
- Should you need to make any changes to your booking, please inform us at your earliest convenience
- Bookings made via a website must be ammended via the same medium
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be received no later than the time stipulated on your confirmation.
- Cancellations made after the stated time will incur a charge of 100% of the first nights accommodation and/or the retainment of the deposit or pre-payment taken
- Bookings made via a website must be cancelled via that same website. Failure to do so may result in charges being incurred.
- Bookings or more than 10 rooms will be deemed as a group and will be subject to an extended cancellation policy
- Information on Holiday Insurance can be supplied on request
Payments
- The hotel accepts all major credit cards and debits cards.
- An administration surcharge of £2.00 will be added to the total bill for all credit card transactions, on departure at the hotel. This charge DOES NOT apply to DEBIT card transactions
- The cost of all additional services must be paid for by the end of your stay
Special Offers
- All Special Offers advertised are “Subject to Availability” and may exclude weekends, Bank holidays and other restrictions.
- The hotel reserves the right to alter or cancel any of the contents and prices of events and packages
- Supplements on advertised prices may apply for upgraded rooms and single occupancy rooms.
- Special offers are only valid for new bookings and cannot be combined with any other offers.
