Some Concierge Services...
Bureau de Change
The nearest Bureau de Change is located on the second floor of Marks and Spencer at 61, Mostyn Street, Llandudno, they are open 7 days a week, Monday to Thursday 9.00 am – 6.00 pm, Friday and Saturday 8.30 am – 6.00 pm and Sunday 11.00 am – 5.00 pm also most Banks will offer a Bureau de Change service please contact our Concierge for assistance or directions.
Bus and Train Enquiries
Planning a day out then let us help you with transport times, the Concierge and Reception Team have access to all the information about the local and national bus and train times this information is available on request from the Reception desk.
Car Parking Assistance
The Concierge will be happy to assist guests with parking during your stay; due to the number of car parking spaces being limited at times we may have to double park your vehicle due to this we request that your car keys are securely left at Reception in case we need to move your vehicle during your stay. To collect your car keys from Reception please show your room charge card.
Churches
Information regarding churches and church services of various denominations can be obtained from the Concierge.
Cinema
There are two cinemas that are in travelling distant of the St. Georges’ Hotel, Cineworld at Llandudno Junction and the Theatr Colwyn at Colwyn Bay, The Theatr Colwyn is the UK’s oldest operating cinema and is well worth a visit to see such a quaint theatre still operating and serving a community please contact the Concierge who will be happy to find out what is showing and the performance start times.
Music System Hire
Small music systems are available to hire, a small charge of £10.00 per 24 hours will apply, if you require the use of a music system please contact the Concierge by dialing 829 who will organize the music system to be set up in your room.
Seagull Cleaning Services
We know that we all love being by the seaside, but we also know that our resident Llandudno seagulls can cause a mess some times on your car so the St. George’s Hotel offers a free service in the car park to help clean down your car windows before you depart, if you would like to use this service then please contact the Concierge who will organize the cleaning prior to your departure.
Swimming
Llandudno Swimming Centre is located next to Venue Cymru. During the summer months the children’s paddling pool at Craig-y-Don on the promenade will be open, during the winter months the paddling pool is closed. A little further along the coast in Colwyn Bay there is Colwyn Leisure Centre, which is situated in Eirias Park, for further details and opening times to the public the Concierge who will be happy to assist you, with bookings and directions.
Theatre
We are very lucky to have Venue Cymru right on our doorstep, throughout the year they offer spectacular shows with something to suit everybody from West End spectaculars, Opera, Plays, Ballet, Children’s Shows, Groups, Comedians in fact we are spoilt for choice, if during your stay you would like to go to the theatre please contact the Concierge who will be delighted to assist in booking tickets, organizing transport if required, early dinners in fact everything to make your night at the theatre a night to remember.
